We checked and it's certainly got the top-spot for 2020.
However, all of the fat burners on the site's top 10 list are ones most people are unlikely to have heard off and they have something in common.

Although we managed to find an official website, we were unable to find out much about the company at all.
The site provides no company information and a check of the Better Business Bureau shows no business of that name.

According to the sales pitch, Alpha Lean-7 helps:

How Alpha Lean 7 Works
If Alpha Lean-7 diminishes cravings it could help people to keep their calorie intake low enough to support weight loss.
Will it "torch" body fat? If the formulation can increase thermogenesis and metabolism, it should certainly be capable of helping people to burn extra fat.
